Donna kept me informed all the way and responded to all questions. I had a pallet delivered back to Victorian Plumbing. They used a company called The Pallet Network. When delivering, the driver only waits 20 mins and Donna kept me informed and said that if there was an extra charge due to delay, they would cover it.
